The food at Ulaa Patagonia is characterized by freshness and warmth and our meals usually are defined as “Homemade cuisine”.
All our meals are elaborated with animal products obtained through an organic process and containing no hormones, or produced in our organic farm and greenhouse. There, we harvest delicious apples and pears and cultivate a variety of fine herbs, fruits, and berries.
Many of these forest fruits, such as the rosa mosqueta and other berries, grow naturally in the surrounding woods. Visitors are invited to participate in harvest, sowing and irrigation, and learn about regional production processes.
Please notify our staff of any special dietary requirements with a minimum of 15 days before arrival so they can be taken into consideration. Any special requests upon arrival may not be accommodated due to the remote location of our lodge. Special diets may incur an extra charge.
